That culminates the 30 days food and fitness challenge

I will start this again once am back. Overall, am happy with the results. There have been lots of screw ups, drifting away from the plan. mistakes but atleast now I know for sure what works.

Eat right.

Workout.

Simple. That’s all. And no, it is not THAT difficult.

Net results:

– 3.5 kg overall weight loss

– 1.8 kgs net fat loss

– Oodles of inch loss

– All my clothes are lose

– I am in the top 10% in all the group classes except yoga

The next session starts on 15th June. How about a 60 days one this time?
