Workout schedule for the week here. I like to overplan and to keep busy. Also, I haven’t strength trained in a while so looking forward to the burn in my muscles. I met A today and he noticed my biceps. Infact, he asked me if he can touch them and I collapsed with laughter. That is the best compliment I have been given in a long time.
